I just moved to Seminary Walk a few months ago. It's been a great community with many friendly neighbors (and dogs)! Since Seminary Walk only offers an internal condo information service for owners(so I believe it leaves renters out of the loop), and an external yahoogroups (which isn't very well organized), I thought I'd just put together another method to find out information on this community.
Hope this website would be useful for the community and others interested in joining in the future!
